Remove existing roof system down to the light-weight concrete fill. Fasten a new vented base sheet and adhere insulation, coverboard and new pvc/kee roof system. Provide new sheet metal flashings. Installation of new roof drains and modifications to the overflow scuppers. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
