The Major Items of Work Consist of:Grading Complete Drainage Base and Paving for 1.37 miles of new trail construction . Erosion Control, Grassing and/or Stabilization of disturbed areas . Signage DBE participation is required for this project. The DBE goal for the project is 11%Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on an accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid.The successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount and labor and material payment bond, in the amount of one hundred ten percent (110%) of the contract amount.
