The road construction project for Chicora Road consists of clearing, grading, installation of cross drains, building a base and paving. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. Performance / the successful Bidder, if awarded this contract, will be required to payment bonds: furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
