The work to be performed consists, in general of painting the entire facility interior rooms per the plans and specifications included in this RFP. The successful bidder will provide a proposal to cover interior painting labor and all necessary materials required to achieve a professional application of interior paint not limited to filling all holes and chips and properly prepping all interior wall and ceiling surfaces to receive a professional application of paint. The City will provide all quantities of paint for this project.Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
