he City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified Design-Build Teams to upgrade finishes within City Hall over multiple years with prioritized phases. Scope includes flooring replacement, repainting interior walls, lighting upgrades & modifications to the acoustical treatments. In addition, labor to remove and reinstall wall-hung items, a moving services company, and a furniture disassembly/assembly company will be required. The successful Proposer will need to consider that the building will remain occupied and operational, move coordination with City Design & Construction staff will be required, and excellent communication is essential. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
