The City seeks to retain the services of a qualified and experienced company/Contractor capable of performing the work of all-inclusive citywide landscape maintenance services, including, but not limited to, daily inspection and landscape maintenance of cutting, trimming, mowing, edging, raking, and weed control of landscape areas of turf, ground cover, shrubs, trees, slopes and open spaces, cleaning of playground areas, litter and trash removal, simple tree trimming, planting, irrigation system maintenance and repair, backflow prevention testing, inspection, maintenance, irrigation repair and reporting on specified irrigated slopes, specialized sports field maintenance, synthetic turf maintenance and integrated pest management of landscape areas, in an ongoing basis
