This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes preconstruction and full construction services for the construction of a 1,400 car parking garage equaling a 462,125 sf, eight-level structure with pedestrian walkways/bridges connectors, the realignment of North Medical Drive, and the intersection realignment of North Medical Drive and Mario Capecchi.
