Interested CM/GCs wishing to submit a proposal are required to attend an individual mandatory scheduled question, answer, and introduction meeting located at 28 East State Street, Farmington Utah. At the conclusion of the individual mandatory scheduled question, answer, and introduction meeting, interested CM/GCs must participate in an investigative process, with County and possibly other representatives (the group must be less than 10 for COVID 19 precautions), regarding the selective areas for demolition. The County anticipates that this investigative process will take approximately two hours. Please email Dax Teuscher at dteuscher@co.davis.ut.us by Friday, April 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. with at least two dates/times that work for your CM/GC between April 13th-17h to attend an individual mandatory scheduled questions, answer, and introduction meeting as well as the investigative process.

Estimate: $6,500,000 Fixed Limit

Davis County is inviting Statements of Qualifications for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide CM/GC services for the Davis County Memorial Courthouse Restoration Project.
