The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner,” on behalf of Georgia Department of Public Safety ("DPS"), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for a project known as Project DPS-043, New Headquarters Building located in Atlanta, Georgia. The new headquarters building is envisioned to consist of an estimated 125,000 to 150,000 square feet of space. The new facility will be a multipurpose building capable of accommodating a variety of spaces including but to necessarily limited to the following: The new headquarters building is envisioned to consist of an estimated 125,000 to 150,000 square feet of space. It will be a multipurpose building with: Office space, Credit Union, Interview/Polygraph booths (Special building needs for sound proofing), Dormitory space to accommodate 30 beds, Teared auditorium to seat 100, Gym, Full kitchen. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
