The City of Richmond is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide 8-ft concrete sidewalk complete with ADA compliant wheelchair ramps, storm sewer culvert replacement of variable sizes, partial storm sewer trunk line, inlets & manholes, and roadside ditch grading. The project will include installation of ornamental light standards with associated power drops, underground conduit & pull boxes. Additionally, Asphalt milling & overlay of Collins Road from Clay Street to Preston will also be performed. There will also be installation of a 10-ft wide pedestrian crossing with concrete pavers across Collins at Maiden Lane. The construction activities will require implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Traffic Control Plan as indicated on plans. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
