The New York Power Authority (hereinafter, the “Authority” or “NYPA”) invites you to submit a proposal to furnish all plant supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Contract Documents) and performing all operations required to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the deployment of Dark Fiber as described in this RFP. This project encourage MBE/WBE participation.
