Entrance is located on the South Side of the Building facing the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Proper government issued identification is required for entry to the building (driver’s license, passport, etc.) This Contract is also Subject to the APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM and the NYC Comptrollers Labor Law 220 prevailing wages requirements as described in the Solicitation Materials. The M/WBE goal for this contract is 16.4%.
