The City of Avondale Estates, GA, (hereinafter, “The City”), is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting engineering firms to provide the City with a comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan. The master plan will identify and prioritize necessary or desirable areas of concern and capital improvements and stormwater operational costs for the City. The master plan will identify modifications or additions to address the future needs of surface water collection, operations, maintenance and storage.
