The Contractor is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the Renovation of the 3rd floor Computer Warehouse Building Suite 329 per the contract documents.The current space is dated and will be revised into multiple offices.The construction includes but is not limited to Hazardous Material removals, demolition, General construction, HVAC, Electrical and Architectural finishes. Coordination with the furniture installation is required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
