Stephen F Austin State University solicits proposals from qualified respondents for concrete & asphalt repair, maintenance & replacement services, specifically the services of General Contractor on an “as-needed” basis to perform new concrete construction, concrete site repairs and general removal and replacement of damaged concrete infrastructure including, but not limited to: concrete curbs, sidewalks, retaining walls, driveway aprons, ADA access ramps, sidewalk link projects, street repairs (short sections), utility vaults, storm-drain inlets and other associated minor alterations or repairs necessary to complete the work as directed by the ODR or his designee. The term of this agreement is for one (1) year with the option to renew for four additional one year periods as mutually agreed.
