The Work includes two separate work areas. Work Area 1 Onsite Booster Pump Station and Storage Tanks shall include the construction of the 226,000 gallon cast in place concrete water reservoir, valves, piping, equipment, both mechanical and electrical, site improvements including but not limited to grading, drainage, site wall, painting and finishing, and other Work as more fully described on plans and specifications. Work Area 2 Offsite Booster Pump Station shall include the construction of the valves, piping, equipment, both mechanical and electrical, site improvements including but not limited to grading, drainage, site wall, painting and finishing, and other Work as more fully described on plans and specifications.
