The City of Pearland solicits proposals for CMAR services for the Barry Rose WRF Expansion Project. The project consists of the design and construction of an expansion from 3.1 MGD to 8.5 MGD at the Barry Rose WRF owned and operated by the City at 1902 Barry Rose Road, Pearland, TX 77851. This expansion is planned to utilize membrane bio-reactors as the primary treatment technology. The project also includes the decommissioning of the 2 MGD Longwood WRF owned and operated by the City located at 2727 Dixie Farm Road, Pearland, TX 77581. Other elements are the design and construction of a transfer lift station at the Longwood site and approximately 25,000 linear feet of forcemain to the Barry Rose WRF. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
