The segment of Edinger Avenue, will be rehabilitated utilizing Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) with a base course of fiber reinforced asphalt concrete (FRAC). The asphalt rehabilitation on Algonquin Street and Delaware Street will be a 2-inch mill/fill with 2.5-inch overlay. All segments will have a wearing surface course of fiber-reinforced rubberized asphalt concrete (ARHM). Manholes, monitoring wells, survey monuments, and water valve assemblies will be adjusted to grade and traffic loops and striping will be replaced. Improvements also include limited replacement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and access ramps where needed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
