The Newton County School System requires the services of a construction project manager to provide oversight, direction and maintenance of the construction of a new high school.The project manager will ensure the design and plans are in compliance with all applicable national and state codes and regulations and meet all required fire, safety, mechanical, electrical and telecommunications standards. The project manager will oversee the provision of all services and utilities. The project manager will monitor interior finishes, lighting, and furniture for the inclusion of environmentally preferable or sustainable elements when appropriate, feasible and cost effective.
