Selected contractor will provide construction services for masonry, pavers, and decorative stone repair throughout the city. The Contract is divided into two parts: schedule repairs for the first year of the contract; and, on-call services. Identified repair sites may be added to the scope of work in the first year, as well as for future contract years.
