The College at Brockport will receive sealed bid proposals for Project L02080. The main features of the work shall include, but not limited to: Removal of existing concrete sidewalk and reinstalling new accessible sidewalks to the Southern entries of Cooper Hall. Removal of existing storefront and reinstall new with doors and hardware, including power door operators. Project will be phased as one entry has to be operational at all times, Phase one will be the East Entrance and Phase two will be the west entrance. All concrete demolition will be completed off hours as the building contains a functioning day care. Phase two includes the remodel of the lobby, including drywall partitions, paint, and ceiling work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
