Fannin County is soliciting lump sum proposals for interior & exterior restoration of the Fannin Co. Courthouse (Phase II). Work involved, in general: Clean mastic and paint from exterior limestone on all four elevations of the existing Fannin County Courthouse. Restoring surface material to its original state. The overall project schedule for this project will commence approximately April, 2019 with overall Project substantial completion October, 2020. Bonds required.
