The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the documents to construct the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of, but are not limited to: clearing and grubbing of the existing site, installation of a temporary Parking Lot constructed of Decomposed Granite, striping of parking stalls, installation of staked down rail way ties as parking channelization according to the plans and Specifications, installation of drainage facilities, irrigation, and landscaping, installation of water quality control measures according to the approved plans and specifications, and all other work pertinent to the project. All work shall be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed scheduled for April 1, 2020.Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
