This project will rebuild the settling ponds per the original design, modified to include extending the liner to the bottom of pond and full-length of slopes. The existing clay liner will be used to the extent possible at the slopes and pond bottoms, and supplemented with new clay as needed to replicate the original design, and other such items or detail work not mentioned herein that are required by the Plans, the Standard Specifications, County Standard Drawings, or Special Provisions.
