Federal Aid Project. The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. The Edison Park Activity Hub is located within the existing Edison Park. The project area is approximately .23 acres, and currently consists of turf grass, concrete paving, and one tree to be relocated. The project will include the addition of custom shade ramadas, seating, and turf areas, while incorporating art, to create a central activity hub for the surrounding community. The scope of work also includes new site lighting, electrical, site furnishings, and irrigation and controls.
