This 800 sf classroom renovation will include new furniture, finishes, A/V, lighting, and HVAC work (lighting and HVAC will be performed as an alternate scope of work). This work is scheduled to occur over the summer semester of 2020. Construction of this phase could overlap with on-going work of other projects on campus, as well as ongoing classes within the same building. Coordination with current class schedules within the building and the scope of work will be required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
