The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is inviting bids from those who qualified in the first stage of this project to provide HVAC upgrades for the Department of Workforce Services Administration Building. More specifically the project includes but is not limited to the following; Replacing evaporative cooled DX coil (R-22) and evaporative condensing fans on the roof top AHU. The R-22 can be reused, but it’s the contractors responsibility to add any additional R-22 that might be needed. Contractor may need to get a permit to shut down 3rd south for a crane to remove the old coil and install the new one. Must be fully functional no later then February 27th 2020.Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
