The successful Design-Build Proposer shall design, permit, and construct the improvements necessary for: The installation of a roof-mount solar photovoltaic system at the site address. The solar system shall be comprised of an array of photovoltaic panels and electrical equipment components generating a minimum of 93.6 kWdc to maximize savings. The structural installation of the solar panels and components to the existing building roof. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
