The City of La Mirada is soliciting proposals for consulting services for design and renovation of an outdoor patio at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts(“Theatre” sometimes herein). The selected consultant will be required to provide all consultation, research, and design framework plans and equipment specifications sufficient in detail to be used to procure services necessary to complete the renovation. Each proposing consultant shall be required to attend a site walk-through prior to proposal submission, at a mutually convenient date and time. The City anticipates that the term of services required of the selected consultant shall be approximately 90 days from the award of a contract, if one is awarded. The scope of work for the project includes the following: 1. Design a new outdoor patio renovation by using new design and furniture elements. 2. Install the new design and furniture elements between April 1 and June 20, 2020. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
