The City is soliciting qualification packets from professional contractors experienced and qualified to perform a commercial grade audio visual build and installation solution for the upgrade of the City’s audio/visual system in the City Council Overflow Room/Emergency Operations Center. The Contractor is required to provide a design solution meeting the following minimum specifications as outlined in the Scope of Work. Contractor’s proposal shall include the submittal of a design “as-built” showing Contractors design solution using drawings, renderings, or schematics. Proposal shall include any hardware and product information necessary to clearly convey Contractor’s design/build solution that meets all necessary specifications and requirements contained in this Request for Proposals. The chosen Contractor will be required to provide to the City final as-built drawings, renderings, or schematics of the final, complete system that is installed if changes or modifications are made to Contractor’s proposal during the project timeline. Contractor shall include the cost of labor and materials in the bid price for any finish work or finishes necessary to the building, walls, cabinets, or equipment racks to complete the project. .Q&A due by 03/04/20 at 5Pm. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
