Develop a major task based bar schedule (suggest Microsoft Project 2016 or previous version). Develop a provisional construction schedule indicating methods and sequencing of construction (suggest Microsoft Project 2016 or previous version). Complete design development along with Architect. Develop requirements for safety, quality assurance, and schedule adherence. Prepare and complete all necessary construction documents to demonstrate to the County the work scope, and meeting any and all permit requirements.Maintain on-site staff for construction management. Establish and maintain coordinating procedures. Develop and maintain a detailed schedule (CPM) including delivery, approvals, inspection, testing, construction, and occupancy. Conduct and record job meetings. Prepare and submit change order documentation for approval of the Architect and the County. Maintain a system for review and approval of shop drawings. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
