The successful proposer will provide the required pre-event, post-event, and other necessary debris monitoring services as needed by the City as a result of a hurricane or other disaster events, as required. City requires one (1) independent contractor to provide Disaster Debris Monitor Services for hurricane or other disaster events requiring debris clean-up that adhere to federal, state, and local regulations in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program and other federal assistance programs. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
