Replacement of eight (8) wall mounted exhaust hoods and one (1) island hood. Hoods will have rooftop up blast grease exhaust fans with rated grease ducting. Makeup air will be provided by one (1) fan powered makeup air unit with evaporative cooling and no heat. The makeup air unit will be ducted to a supply diffuser at each hood. Hood controls and fire suppression systems will be specified. The existing HVAC system in the adjacent Home Economics classroom will be rebalanced to comply with current energy standards and pressure relationships. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
