The work of this single-bid project includes the replacement of a pedestrian bridge and the reconstruction of the adjacent Donovan Hall Plaza. The new bridge will be constructed prior to the removal of the current structure and will include utility relocation, new lighting and landscape improvements. Additional site work will include the reconfiguration and improvements to the Donovan Hall Plaza with new walks, landscaping and site lighting. Storm, sanitary, domestic water and communications systems will also be affected by the work. Hazardous material abatement is anticipated. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
