Scope consists of adding a wall and door to create a negative pressure room, removing all casework within negative pressure room, replacing existing hand washing sink with an ADA scrub sink and an eye wash,removing existing sliding door in the existing hood room and relocating existing hoods to have clearance around them for cleaning purposes. Mechanical and Electrical scope of work is limited to creating a negative pressure room and relocating existing devices to accommodate a new wall and a door. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid.
