The scope of the project is defined by the Contract Docs and consists in a complete remodel of the existing first floor restrooms in the Education Building, to improve both their operation and aesthetics. Current conditions exhibit considerable wear and tear and disrepair. This project’s objective is therefore to improve and resolve these conditions and in doing so, provide Lamar University with new restrooms that are up to date, pleasant and functional, and at the same time complement the overall design of the building. Bonds required.
