The DFW Airport Energy Plaz (EP) district cooling service is provided by 6 York Titan Multistage Chillers driven by 5500 HP Teco-Westinghouse electric motors. They are the hearts of DFW Airport's district cooling system which provides comfort cooling to the CTA. DFW Airport plans are to rebuild these motors over the next several years, with one to two motors being rebuilt each year. Contract term is a 5 year period.
