The Engineer shall develop a construction package for each project, ready to advertise for construction, which includes a thorough and complete set of construction plans and specifications that meets the intent of the projects. Other work includes but may not be limited to: pedestrian signals on Riverside Drive, curb and gutter on Audubon Drive, driveway entrances, retaining wall, new drainage structures, signage, pavement markings and relocating a fire hydrant. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
