Provide labor, materials, equipment and services to complete all Building and Site Electrical including Low Voltage infrastructure for Future installation of fifteen (15) illuminated monument signs and eleven (11) exterior illuminated building badges (work by others) as shown in the contract documents.Electrical contractor is responsible for all building, site and underground work as it relates to this scope. This includes all equipment and materials necessary for trenching, excavation and backfill to complete this scope of work. Provide and coordinate electrical connections of equipment, all excavation required for electrical work from five (5) feet outside building footprint unless noted otherwise in the contract documents. Coordinate all utility work under landscape and hardscape areas. All layout and coordination of Electrical materials, devices, power supply control, boxes, penetrations, and other critical layout requirements prior to cover up of work will be the sole responsibility of the Electrical Contractor. This includes “pour watch or patch back” to ensure all electrical components remain in proper locations. Bonds required. Q&A due by 04/20/20 at 5PM. Prevailing wages.
