The Project Generally Consists of:Wastewater system improvements to the Brackett Creek Sewer Pump Station and Force Main including installing a new mechanical bar screen, piping and valves, and replacing two combination air release valves; Improvements to the Town of Forest City Wastewater Treatment Plant including replacing the gravity belt sludge thickener with a rotary drum thickener and new polymer feed system; relocating existing submersible aeration mixer system unit in Digester No. 2 to Digester No. 1; installing one submersible aeration mixer system unit in Digester No. 2; one submersible residual pump assembly; and two positive displacement blowers. Water system improvements include replacing one pump motor at the McCoy Booster Pump Station and replacing one mag-drive intake pump motor with a standard motor at the Second Broad Raw Water Intake Station.
