Contractor will be responsible for following all items addressed in the Scope of Work, specifications, and all applicable laws, codes, regulations and any manufacturer’s recommendations. Installation must conform to current CA Title 24 building efficiency standards at the time of contract execution. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
