The Coweta County Board of Education invites you to bid on furnishing and installing new floor covering in selected areas of the following schools: Welch Elementary School, 240 Mary Freeman Road, Newnan, GA. 30265 Madras Middle School, 240 Edgeworth Road, Newnan GA. 30263 Central Office Building, 167 Werz Industrial Drive, Newnan, GA 30263. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bids are opened. All bids shall be submitted on the provided bid form. Any bids exceeding $100,000.00 shall include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of bid security.
