Elementary School, 3800 California Avenue, Riverbank, CA, 95367
Food Service Improvements at California Avenue Elementary School, for Riverbank Unified School District. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, transportation, insurance necessary for the single ply roofing work associated with the patching, and HVAC installation and miscellaneous penetrations in the existing single ply roofing for the renovation as indicated on the Drawings and as herein specified, so as not to void the existing single ply roofing system warranty. Provide a single control panel, complete with modules, accessories, power supply, batteries, etc. as required for the system configuration as specified. Battery capacity shall be rated minimum for 24 hours standby/15 minutes alarm. Provide a minimum of 20% spare capacity. Provide pull stations, smoke detectors, horns, horn/strobes, strobes, duct smoke detectors, heat detectors as shown on plans. Audible devices shall be at least 15dBA above average ambient sound level but not less than 75dBA at 10ft, or more than 110dBA in total throughout. All audible devices shall produce the same basic sound and pattern. Visual devices shall not exceed 2 flashes per second. All visual devices shall be fully synchronized per NFPA 72. Provide cables as required and as shown for system operation. Provide additional pull boxes, conduits, raceways as required for this. Connect all devices and the fire alarm control panel to provide a complete and fully functional single fire alarm system for the entire school. Contractor's Bond (Labor and Material) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum in accordance with the laws of the State of California to secure payment of any and all claims for labor and materials used or consumed in performance of this contract and shall be secured from a California based surety or sureties satisfactory to the Owner.
