The Alamo Regional Mobility Authority is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to construct Phase III of the Foster Road Project, which begins at Houston Street (FM 1346) and extends north approximately 1.5 miles to IH 10. The Project will expand Foster Road from an existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway consisting of two 12-foot travel lanes with six-foot shoulders in each direction. Additional work includes bridge construction, drainage improvements, traffic signal installation and other operational improvements. The Project includes SAWS Water, SAWS Sewer, and CPS Gas joint-bid items of work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
