The ground floor offices at the northern wings of the first floor will be renovated into four general education classrooms and a special education suite. The special education suite consists of two classrooms that connect to a shared life-skills classroom equipped with a small teaching kitchen, and new restrooms. The theater will undergo a complete renovation, reconstructing a new sloped floor, new balcony, seating, interior wall and ceiling framing and finishes, AV and lighting systems, catwalks, tension grid and a tech booth. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
