The City of Simi Valley is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide various road improvements throughout the city. Schedule I The improvements will primarily consist of approximately 231,191 S.F of asphalt pavement cold milling, and placement of 2,250 tons of asphalt rubber hot mix overlay. The work further includes removal and replacement of curb and gutter, cross gutter, curb ramps, sidewalk, adjustment and replacement of manhole and utility covers, replacement of traffic striping, traffic signing, and all appurtenant work. Schedule II The improvement will primarily consist of approximately 37,010 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling, and placement of 347 tons of asphalt rubber hot mix overlay. The work further includes removal and replacement of curb and gutter, cross gutter, curb ramps, sidewalk, adjustment and replacement of manhole and utility covers, replacement of traffic striping, traffic signing, and all appurtenant work. Schedule III The improvements will primarily consist of approximately 136,246 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling, and placement of 1,345 tons of asphalt rubber hot mix overlay. The work further includes removal and replacement of curb and gutter, cross gutter, curb ramps, sidewalk, crack fill, adjustment and replacement of manhole and utility covers, replacement of traffic striping, traffic signing, and all appurtenant work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
