The sole purpose of this Grounds Maintenance Contract is to provide for the beauty of the Village of Scarsdale's parkland and properties. Mow and weed-wack grass, within the limits of work, including the sloped embankments pf the retention pond. Hand weed all planting areas and remove all twigs, leaves and debris. Hand edge all planting areas. Remove and dispose of off-site all loose garbage. Remove all debris from drainage structure grate at south side of property to allow for the free flow of water.
