The scope of work shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, miscellaneous supplies, equipment, tools, chemicals, mobilization and all other accessories, services, facilities, activities necessary for the repair and/or replacement of roadway guardrails on an as-needed basis throughout Osceola County. The successful bidder shall furnish all necessary traffic control, barricades, signs, and flagmen, to ensure the safety to the traveling public and to all working personnel. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
