This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the elevation and retrofit of 2932, 3000, 3012, 3016_Hanson Drive in Charlotte, NC as required by FEMA and Mecklenburg County. The project will consist of site preparation/clearing, raising/lowering the houses, demolition and removal of existing foundations, construction of the new foundations per design plans, retrofit of the houses, additions/materials, and grading/finish work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
