The Work consists of interior and exterior improvements to the Harold Court Nichols Building. The project will require re-using the existing metal building structure to create additional office and meeting spaces by enclosing existing open bays. Scope will include MEP systems involving additional restrooms/shower/locker facilities along with new HVAC system. Other work includes a new metal roofing system, and a new metal entry canopy with limited outdoor green space. Existing offices will require new finishes. This project is to meet LEED Silver major renovation certification. This is a 2 phase construction project. MBE/WBE goals.Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
